Delivery, setup, and pickup are handled as a one-time fee on your first invoice. For locations farther from our service area, a small additional travel fee may apply based on distance — and we'll always quote it upfront so there are never any surprises.
Can you deliver same-day or for emergencies?
Yes, whenever possible. Booking ahead guarantees the smoothest service, but as a local company we can often deliver clean, stocked units the same day. Emergency delivery is available after hours and on weekends.
Can you reach remote or hard-to-access locations?
In most cases, yes. Our units are fully self-contained — no water or power hookups required — so we can place them almost anywhere that's safe and accessible. We've worked around narrow alleys, gated areas, and tight permit restrictions. If you're unsure about placement, give us a call and we'll help plan it.
When are your busiest seasons in North Texas?
Spring and autumn — when the DFW weather is cooler — are our busiest event seasons. If your event falls in those windows, we recommend booking early to lock in your dates and unit count.
