Construction Porta Potty Rental in Dallas–Fort Worth
Keep your crew equipped and OSHA-compliant from groundbreaking to final walk-through. Self-contained units, long-term rentals, multi-shift servicing, and early deliveries — we've kept 3,000+ North Texas job sites running, including downtown high-rises.
Sanitation That Keeps the Project Moving
On an active build, a missed cleaning or a late delivery costs you time and goodwill. That's why contractors across the metroplex call North Texas Porta Potties. We're a local, family-owned company that shows up early, services on a schedule that matches your crew size, and keeps every unit clean, stocked, and compliant — from the first slab to the final inspection.
Our standard units are self-contained, so they go anywhere on site with no water or power hookups. Need ADA-accessible units for a public project, or hand wash stations for the crew? We bring those too.
OSHA Restroom Sizing for Your Crew
OSHA sanitation standards (29 CFR 1926.51) set the minimum restroom count by the number of workers per shift. We follow these guidelines and service units on a regular schedule throughout your project so the site stays sanitary and inspection-ready.
Use the calculator below to estimate your count by crew size — then we'll confirm it on your quote.
| Workers per shift | Minimum facilities |
|---|---|
| 1–20 | 1 toilet |
| 21–40 | 1 toilet + 1 urinal |
| 41–80 | 2 toilets + 2 urinals |
| 81–120 | 3 toilets + 3 urinals |
| 121–160 | 4 toilets + 4 urinals |
| 161–200 | 5 toilets + 5 urinals |
| 200+ | 1 toilet + 1 urinal per 50 workers |

Downtown Dallas
From High-Rises to Apartment Builds
On a major renovation at the AT&T building in downtown Dallas, the crew needed us on site by 5:00 AM — before employees arrived and ahead of downtown traffic. We serviced that site five times a week, cleaning and restocking every unit and hand wash station to keep everything spotless.
At multi-unit apartment developments, we make sure units are cleaned and ready before the workday starts, servicing two to three times a week to keep pace with the crew. Since 2020 we've serviced 3,000+ sites — high-rises, apartment complexes, office buildings, and warehouses.

Job-Site Questions, Answered
How many porta potties does my job site need?
OSHA bases it on workers per shift: at least one toilet for up to 20 workers, one toilet and one urinal for 20+, and one of each per 50 workers on sites of 200+. Use the calculator above for a quick estimate, and we'll confirm the right count on your quote.
Do you offer long-term rentals for projects that run for months?
Yes. Long-term job-site rentals are a core part of what we do. There's no maximum rental period — we keep units serviced and stocked from groundbreaking to completion, with longer rentals priced for better value and bulk discounts on 4+ units.
How often will you service the units?
Standard service is weekly on a 28-day cycle, following our full 7-Point Servicing & Inspection. For high-traffic or multi-shift sites we increase the frequency to keep every unit clean, stocked, and compliant.
Can you deliver before our crew arrives?
Absolutely. We schedule deliveries ahead of time and have placed units as early as 5:00 AM to beat downtown traffic and be ready before the first shift. Same-day and emergency delivery are available when you're in a bind.
What if the site is hard to access?
We've worked around narrow downtown lots, gated areas, tight permit restrictions, and limited truck access. Our units are self-contained — no water or power hookups — so we can place them almost anywhere safe and stable. Tell us about the site and we'll plan it.
Do you provide ADA units and hand wash stations for job sites?
Yes. We provide ADA-accessible units (often required on public projects) and double-sided, foot-pump hand wash stations to keep your crew clean — especially where food is on site.
